L'attesa più lunga è stata la mia: scegliere dal vasto menù perchè, in fatto di sushi, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta ma a guardar bene, La Pergola2 propone anche una scelta guidata. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante per la qualità del pesce, per la freschezza del piatto, per la professionalità di chi ci ha accoto e servito a tavola ma soprattutto per non aver aspettato un minuto in più per la tanta gente presente.
